Customs Controller (DBN)

URGENT ROLE

POSITION INFO:
My medium-sized freight forwarder is seeking a suitable Customs Controller to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing Both Import and Export Bill of Entries – Sea, Road, Air & Rail
• Must have thorough knowledge of customs tariffing
• Must have customs knowledge on all bond entries, project work and over border customs requirements
• Processing Refunds / Liaising directly with customs 
• Processing Cargo Dues and Landing Orders 
• Processing Part load applications for the Border Customs and Durban Customs  
• Arranging Port Health & Plant Inspections
