What You’ll Be Doing
People & Leadership

• Lead and develop a team of digital security professionals, focusing on growth, knowledge-sharing, and accountability
• Foster a security-conscious culture across the organization by building strong partnerships and upskilling non-technical teams
• Manage relationships with key external security providers to support internal capability building and delivery

• Serve as a go-to advisor for senior business and IT leaders on matters of risk and information security
• Support the implementation of controls in areas such as access management, data protection, vendor due diligence, and awareness training
• Collaborate with threat monitoring teams to stay ahead of vulnerabilities and respond with agility

• Translate long-term digital risk goals into action plans, ensuring alignment between security priorities and business needs
• Contribute to the enhancement of policies, standards, and procedures — ensuring they remain practical, current, and scalable
• Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies to stay resilient in an evolving landscape

• Drive the execution of key initiatives on the digital risk roadmap, balancing resource constraints and strategic priorities
• Manage budgets and forecasts effectively, ensuring delivery stays on track and value-driven
• Provide clear communication, updates, and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

• At least 8 years' relevant experience in digital risk, information security, or governance
• Prior experience managing or leading a small-to-medium sized team in a complex business or technical environment
• Working knowledge of security operations, risk frameworks, and industry standards
• Confident in delivering presentations, guiding strategic discussions, and creating engaging reports
• Relevant certifications in digital risk or information security are a plus, but practical, real-world experience is highly valued
