•     Phone customers for outstanding payments
•     General Ledger
•     Detailed Ledger
•     Age Analysis for outstanding payment
•     Make sure Bank Reconciliation Balance
•     Process Journals & customer Journals
•     Capture cash books
•     Send out Statements Monthly
•     Allocate Customers payments
•     Petty cash Load onto Cashbook
