DESKTOP/SERVER IT FIELD TECHNICIAN (NELSPRUIT)

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop/Server IT Field Technician in Nelspruit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with hands-on experience in server environments, networking, and virtualization.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or related field
- Industry certifications: CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and server hardware
- Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Strong security awareness and troubleshooting skills (Sophos)
- Hands-on experience with backup and recovery solutions
