DIGITAL SUBLIMATION PRINTING MANCHINE OPERATOR
(Clothing Industry Bargaining Council Rates - Metro)
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring a sublimation printing machine,
- Ensuring high-quality prints by properly loading materials,
- Adjusting settings, performing quality checks, and maintaining the machine through routine cleaning
- Troubleshooting any malfunctions that may occur;
- Basic understanding of digital printing technology and sublimation process
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain color accuracy
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and basic machine maintenance
- Computer literacy to operate design software and print management systems
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols

IMPORTANT: Print room is a high-pressure environment with an extremely fast pace and it requires people who are resilient and self-motivated. The sublimation room operates both a day and night shift when workload is at full capacity.
