- In liaison with the Operational Director, draft annual budgets (including sales, expense and profit forecasts) are prepared and submitted on or before the stipulated deadline

- Ensures that all appointment documentation for all staff is completed and submitted to the HR department timeously

- Responsible for motivating all staff promotions and transfers within warehouse in consultation with the Operational Director
