Duties:
 

• Interpret data and transform it into actionable information to drive business improvements and influence decisions. 
• Gather information from various sources to identify patterns and trends. 
• Deliver insights to end users accurately, on time, and in an easily understandable format. 
• Execute on the data visualisation and reporting strategy, policy and processes
• Develop and design reports in a timely manner and aligned to the stakeholder requirements
• Transfer of knowledge and understanding of designed reports to the end user
• Manage customer centricity within area of responsibility.
• Team human resources management.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Degree in either Data Science, Finance or Economics

• 5-7 years’ experience in Data analytics.
• A high level of mathematical ability
• Experience in SQL and Python.
• Experience using Tableau

• Financial services knowledge and/or experience, with insurance industry experience preferred.
• Good understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Good report writing and presentation skills.
• Project management
• Financial acumen
