SUMMARY:
A reputable client in the fintech space is looking to appoint a Data Analyst to join a dynamic team based in Sandton to assist in identifying opportunities and solutions. The successful individual will have the opportunity to join one of South Africa's leading companies and grow within the space.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the product owner to identify opportunities for Business Intelligence solutions for the Business
Provide reports to more user-friendly interfaces for the business and customers.
Further, develop capabilities in terms of Data Science so that we can use the insights and predictions that we can glean from our data to make better-informed business decisions as well as decisions affecting software development features and requirements

Requirements:

Matric
Degree in IT and or Data Science
3+ years’ experience
MS SQL Server skills
SQL and Stored Procedure authoring skills
SSRS, Power BI skills (advantageous)
The investigation, diagnosis, and problem-solving skills
Solid communication skills
