JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

 

Includes, but not limited to:

  • Information to be taken from documents within MS Suite (e.g. Excel, Word) and bespoke company software.
  • Consistently check work for accuracy and completeness. 
  • Complete forms / reports and edits of current information.
  • Assist in the compilation and compile databooks
  • Compare the entered information with the source to identify errors and correctness.
  • Assist with gathering financial documents for invoicing.
  • Assist Project Managers with Administrative tasks.

  1. Matric

Skills

The following are the minimum skills required to perform the function:

  1. An intermediate knowledge of the MS Office suite, including Word and Excel to;
  2. Good written communicator (email; WhatsApp)
  3. Good level of English, both written and oral;
  4. Attention to detail, conscientiousness.
  5. Time management skills, able to work to deadlines
  6. Self-motivated and continuously improve on processes and personal improvement.
