POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12 (Mathematics - Figure orientation)
Ability to work with people.
MS Excel.

Additional requirements:

Attention to detail.
Positive attitude.
Team player.
Deadline driven.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with the Operations team.
Effective time management skills to assist in achieving targets aligned with organisational objectives.
High-quality work standards.

Responsibilities:

Primary functions
Capture goods received notes (GRN’s).
Capture production sheets and pallet traceability on Excel daily.
Capture Lot tracking/pallet production lines on Business Central.
Capture comments on BC for load outs & dispatching of pallets.
Updating of quality inspection cards.
Capture staging orders daily.
E-mail and filing of all documentation/packs (soft & hard copies).
Maintain a well-organised filing system.

Secondary functions:

Perform any reasonable task assigned by the Operations & Staging Manager.
