The ideal candidate will possess excellent Excel skills, a strong numerical aptitude, and be able to efficiently capture and manage data.

responsible for accurately entering data into spreadsheets, managing time sheet hours, filing and scanning documents, and ensuring data integrity.

A good understanding of numbers and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Capture and enter data accurately into spreadsheets, ensuring consistency and precision.
• Time Sheet Management: Calculate and verify time sheet hours, ensuring accurate recording of employee work hours.
• Document Management: File, scan, and organize physical and digital documents in accordance with company procedures.
• Data Verification: Ensure the integrity of captured data by reviewing and correcting any discrepancies.
• Reporting: Assist in generating and preparing reports based on captured data when required.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and departments to ensure accurate data collection and clarification of any data-related issues.
