Perform daily quality assurance checks on captured data.
Resolve customer data issues and provide first-line support for system queries.
Process data-related tasks, ensuring they align with business operations.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated data discrepancies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets.
Experience with ERP or CRM systems is advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
