Description

  • Manage the Researching and Building of a Customer Model
  • Identify and Cluster customers into Lifecycle Stages
  • Create Segmentation Layers and Micro-segments based on customer behavior per lifecycle stage
  • Monitor segmentation migrations to Predict Customer Behavior
  • Predict Lifetime Value and Future Value of customers within a specific segment
  • Consult with Marketing and Sales departments to direct relevant efforts to relevant customers
