SUMMARY:
Our client specializes in project support for the (petro) chemical and maritime industries. They provide personnel in the areas of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety. They are seeking Data and Analytics to join their team in the Netherlands.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Data and Analytics - Image Processing (Snr + Jnr)
Location: Netherlands
Salary: To be discussed in the Interview
Vacancy Type: Full-Time

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in image processing tools and techniques (e.g., OpenCV, MATLAB).
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or a similar language.
Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

The role involves leveraging data analysis and imaging technologies to optimize system performance and enhance manufacturing processes.

Analyze and interpret complex image data to improve system performance.
Develop and implement image processing algorithms tailored to ASML's needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve imaging-related challenges.
Create dashboards and reports for data visualization and decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and quality in large-scale datasets.
