SUMMARY:
A motivated team manager is sought to lead and develop a growing Product Risk/Validation team based in Melrose, Johannesburg. This team serves as a critical support function for the Product Risk/Validation team in Europe.

POSITION INFO:
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Relevant NQF Level 7 qualification in Data Science or Information Systems.

Work Experience & Skill Requirements:

At least 4 years of leadership experience, preferably in commodity trading or a financial institution.
Experience in a data analytics environment.
Extensive IT knowledge (MS Office Suite, Excel, Power BI), attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new systems.
Adaptable, organized, and enthusiastic with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
