• Develop and create strategies to support and grow business to maximize profitability.
• Manage and support all departments to reach their full potential within set operational and business plans.
• Setting optimal staffing levels, maintaining, repairing and upgrading all assets.
• Drive customer satisfaction and represent the origisation in external relations.
• Monitor financial activities and indicators.
• Drafting & presenting factual reports.

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor''s Degree (3 year) / NQF Level 7 Qualification in Management.
• A minimum of 5 years management experience in the motor industry.
