JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements
  • Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Customer Relations Officer within the Automotive Industry
  • Customer Service and After Sales experience essential
  • Grade 12 Qualification essential
  • Diploma in Business Management or Marketing Management will be advantageous
  • Should be able to work in a Corporate Dealer environment
  • Valid Driver’s License essential
  • Must have contactable references
Salary Structure
  • Basic Salary of R 15 000 to R 20 000 based on experience
  • Incentives (R 1 000 to R 5 000)
