Dealmaker

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Dealmaker.

Requirements:

• Relevant commercial or technical honors degree.
• 5 to 8 years’ experience of which 2 to 3 should be in assessment as well as closing transactions.
• Grounded in Marketing, Technical or Financial disciplines.
• Risk identification.
• Must have DFI experience.
• Must have a CA(SA) qualification.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and present applications for funding and structure deals that contribute to the company objectives.
• Negotiating the financial, EHS and legal relationships between clients.
• Ensure that the deal is aligned with the strategic objectives of the unit.
• Manage and enhance the levels of service and communication to ensure client excellence.
• Mentor and act as a coach to business analysts.
