Deboning Manager

Our client in the Meat industry, based in Vryburg has a position available for a Deboning Manager.

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience within a deboning environment.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and HMS standards.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Computer literacy in Abbaserve.
• Extensive knowledge of deboned cuts and block tests.
• Willing to relocate to Vryberg in the North West Province.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and control the entire process of the deboning facility from receiving of product, cutting, and deboning and packing of the product.
• Planning and organizing of the deboning team of about 50 people and processes, to ensure that product quality, specifications and production requirements are maintained at the current standards.
• Maintain FSSC2200 and HMS.
