Debt Collector Roodepoort

Company in Constantia Kloof Roodepoort is urgently looking for a driven, dynamic & proactive candidate to join our team as a Debt Collector

High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or experience may be advantageous. Minimum experience 2 years.

Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong emphasis on active listening and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A professional phone demeanor isessential.

A comprehensive understanding of company products, services, and debt collection policies. Ability to ask pertinent questions and adeptly manage challenging situations. Has a well-developed problem solving capability Ability to constructively manage conflict and disputes. Ability to work in a disciplined manner and for long periods of time without interruption. Demonstrated proficiency in time management and decision-making skills. Integrity, loyal, punctual, trustworthy – no irregular absenteeism or late coming habits. Able to handle different managerial styles and constructive criticism Self-motivated Ability to absorb pressure well Continuously develop personal skill that will improve capability to add value to the business.

Demonstrated proficiency in time management and decision-making skills. Proficiency in business English and other South African official language. Fluency in multiple languages may be considered an asset and possessing strong typing skills

Experience: Good people skills and the ability to engage professionally with distressed debtors. Call Centre experience, Inbound and or Outbound. Collections – Well-developed negotiation skills

Educate debtor on consequences of non-payment. Alternatively, sales & service experience. Worked with people face to face or telephonically (Training offered)

Job Requirements/Objectives: Work Predictive dialer system to deliver quantity and most importantly quality. Target driven and highly competitive. Meet the minimum level of productivity standards on an hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly basis whilst maintaining high levels of quality. Achieve the required monthly team target. Proficiency in using computers, particularly: Excalibur 4 Use of a headset for long periods Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook Work Predictive dialer system to deliver quantity and most importantly quality and possessing strong typing skills.
