SUMMARY:
Company based in Randburg is seeking a Debt Counselling Sales and Onboarding Consultant to join their expanding team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 essential
Debt counselling certificate essential
Obtaining client permission for debt review
Assessing the extent of client’s debt burden by verifying budgets and debt commitments and agree to an interim debt repayment plan.
Ensuring that clients’ stick to their debt payment terms
Previous debt review experience would be advantageous.
Good knowledge of all the relevant acts including the National Credit Act and Consumer Protection Act
