Well established logistics / distribution company is seeking a Debtors / Invoicing Clerk

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12

• 3-5 years’ experience
• Administration, debtors and creditors experience
• Knowledge of Omni will be advantage
• Strong excel knowledge and experience
• Fluent in English & Afrikaans

Duties and responsibilities

• Check emails
• Address queries
• Sales order generation
• Generate invoices
• Compile and update waybill and tracker
• Check waybill books for outstanding invoices
• Calculate fuel surcharge
• Report any discrepancies, damage, loss or theft
• Follow all reasonable instructions
• Comply to Health and Safety rules
