SUMMARY:
Debtors / Banking Clerk position within the FMCG space, daily checking, data capturing of monies received, daily Petty Cash requirements.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric
3-5 years working experience in relevant role
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong computer skills
Excellent administration skills
Accurate numeric skillset

Core Duties:

Receive, check and bank monies received from various sources
Process all funds received into debtors and cash book systems
Process Journal entries
Issue, balance and process daily petty cash
Assisting with payment queries and allocations
Query unknown deposits
Filing
Check Cash office money daily and balance to route-sheet control
Take utmost pride in your work
Treat all colleagues with mutual respect and be an effective team member
Train appointed assistant clerk in all duties
Assist with year-end audit queries
Ad-hoc duties as might be requested from time to time
Assist with HACCP implementation
