SUMMARY:
Our client in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is looking for a Debtors/Billing Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will be well presented and hardworking.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Processing statements
Invoicing customers
Maintain and update customer files
Processing purchase orders
Tracking of purchase orders
Reconcile expense reports
General ad hoc duties

Requirements:

Pastel experience is a must
3-4 years’ experience in a similar role
Computer literate
Organizational skills
Strong experience on Excel
Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Matric certificate
