Job Title: Debtors Clerk
Location: Nottingham Road / Mooi River Area

Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Debtors Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor customer invoices and statements.
• Reconcile debtor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and handle collections.
• Maintain accurate records of payments and credit notes.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding account queries.
• Generate monthly debtor reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, Syspro is beneficial 
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
