SUMMARY:
Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a Debtors Clerk to join them in Olifantsfontein, Gauteng. Position available immediately.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Debtors Clerk
Location: Olifantsfontein, Gauteng
Salary Range: R12 000.00 – R15 000.00
 
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
  • Issue invoices and credit notes
  • Reconcile invoices
  • Monthly liaising with various departments
  • Follow up on outstanding amounts
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
 
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
  • Matric
  • Tertiary qualification will prove advantage
  • 5 Years + experience in debtors
  • Understanding of automotive industry or auction houses
