Debtors Clerk

Our client is in search of a Debtors Clerk to join their company in Pretoria East. This position requires a candidate with behavioural competencies in organisation, accuracy, skilled time management and timeous communication. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Account Applications
• Handing over of overdue accounts
• Management of Accounts
• Capturing of bank deposits
• Collections and Follow Ups
• Client Queries regarding accounts
• Monthly Statements
• Journals
• Credit notes and Invoicing
• Management of VAT and approvals thereof
• Debtors Month End duties (age analysis, interest, statements)
• Internal reporting
• Training of Depot's as needed
• Internal Queries
