Position:

Debtors / Collelctions Agent

Purpose of the job:

To offer continual member support, by building rapport and obtaining set targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

Key Results Areas include:

To ensure that the daily call target is obtained
Administrative requirements are updated daily
Offer member client service
Ability to multi-task
Work on designated campaigns
Handle CRM queries
Ensure all communication is handled telephonically, email etc.

Experience & Competencies:

Matric
Ability to work alternative weekends
Computer literate
Minimum of one (1) year debt collections experience
Customer Service
Experience on Excalibur preferred
