Debtors and Creditors Clerk 
Nelspruit 
R 15 000 - R 20 000ctc

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Any other relevant qualification or certification will be beneficial
• 5 years experience in debtors, creditors, filing, stock control and general office administration 
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans 
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transport

• Accurately record details of each customer complaint, obtain necessary original documents, and place them on file
• Account for COD and cash sales
• Refer relevant information or issues to the Operational Director
• Promptly and efficiently collect outstanding or overdue payments
• Responsible for daily cash-up and banking
• Assist with cashier duties as needed
• Maintain the stationery register and manage ordering
• Support full-function credit control duties when required
• Provide administrative assistance to the Operational/Sales Director and Technical Manager as needed
• Keep records of meeting minutes for staff, operational, and sales meetings
• Manage petty cash
• Ensure all EHS policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to
• Handle procurement and distribution of staff safety wear
• Oversee weekly, monthly, and yearly stock counts and processing
• Manage supplier credit notes, supplier invoices, and stock orders
• Supervise operational staff in the absence of the Operational Manager
• Responsible for filing and general office administration
