Dental Agent

We are looking for Qualified Dental Practitioners and Qualified Dental Assistants to help our customers achieve the smile they deserve.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recommend changes to be made to the Setup Technician through use of CA
• Support customer care associates, offering guidance and clinical support as needed including communication with patients and doctors
• Review treatment plans and diagnostic information for appropriateness and accuracy, prior to submitting it to a network licensed dental professional for final approval
• Assist with quality assurance monitoring and process improvement initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer financial information
