SUMMARY:
This Specialist Distributor, with a well-established footprint nationally is looking for an energetic and motivated individual. Reporting to the Regional Sales/Operations Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Person:
  • Matric essential
  • A relevant tertiary qualification, strong pref
  • Minimum 2 years' admin experience
The Job:
  • Support the Regional Sales Manager in general operations
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Receive and process orders
  • Handle walk-in clients
  • Prepare quotes
  • Pastel P.O.S. invoicing
  • Stock sheets on Excel (monthly stock takes)
  • Assist with managing the stores and stock
  • Perform monthly stock takes
  • Pick and prepare orders to be sent via courier
  • Housekeeping, health and safety
