Private Hospital is in need of a Deputy Nursing Manager. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Including the below but not limited too.

  • Evaluate nursing quality indicators and clinical outcomes
  • Identify areas of non-compliance through clinical audit
  • Identify quality improvement opportunities and ensure appropriate strategy and quality improvement initiatives are developed and measured
  • Ensure compliance with the medication administration and storage policy
  • Develop a talented nursing workforce
