Despatch Clerk

DUTIES:

• Quality check all products received
• Pack and label goods into boxes
• Complete waybills
• Despatch goods
• Ensure correct quantities are despatched to correct client
• Assist with loading and off loading vehicles
• Accurate record keeping of all stock received and despatched
• Accurately check DN / GRN / Invoices
• Ensure on time deliveries

REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12
• 2 – 3 years’ in similar role
• Forklift license - advantage
• Experience with Pastel
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Eye for detail / attention
