The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing dialler strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience ( 5years +) as a Dialler Manager or in a similar role within a call centre environment.​
• Strong understanding of dialler systems and call centre operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.​
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.​
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of debt collection processes and regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills. 
• Excalibur knowledge is essential. 

• Develop and implement dialler strategies to maximise contact rates and campaign performance.​
• Monitor dialler performance, analyse data, and generate reports to inform decision-making.​
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.​
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to maintain and troubleshoot dialler systems.​
• Train and support staff on dialler operations and best practices.
