• Matric / Grade 12
• Minimum 2 years experience in High Court and Magistrate’s Court Litigation typing at a law firm is a must
• Dictaphone typing experience, with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
• Computer literate,
• Excellent communication skills with strong telephone etiquette
• Stable employment record and contactable references

Duties:

• Typing of High & Magistrate’s Court proceedings
• Dictaphone typing
• Filing (hard copies and soft copies)
• Assist with compiling court bundles for issuing and service
• General litigation secretarial and administrative duties
