Our client in the Plastic Industry is seeking an experienced Die Setter with a strong background in plastic injection moulding to join their team in the West Rand

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Die Setter in a plastic injection moulding environment.
• Formal training from the Plastics Institute for Training (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of machine parameters, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Candidate must reside in the West Rand or be willing to relocate at their own expense 

• Set up and changeover plastic injection moulds efficiently.
• Optimize machine settings for quality and production efficiency.
• Perform troubleshooting and minor maintenance on moulding machines.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and defects.
• Maintain accurate records of mould changes and adjustments.
