Meondo Holdings is growing and we are looking for our next hire to continue our brand development and help bring our mission of comprehensive wellness to a large audience.
Help us tell our story of 5-star experiences for our clients and share the tools of success stories with future clients, referring providers, and like-minded partners. The ideal storyteller will be able to show excitement both visually and through prose.
As our Digital & marketing specialist,
you will create cohesive campaigns to promote our services across a variety of media including social, print, and email. Given the nature of our business, comfort in research and writing about popular topics in exercise and healthy lifestyle is essential.
Chain Effect is a relationship business, so the ideal candidate will have no difficulty interacting with strangers and describing our message in a compelling way. This candidate will nurture our existing client/provider relationships to make sure their needs are being addressed. We want to show clients they are "top of mind" for us.
The candidate should be creative, someone who likes to think of new and interesting ways to grab attention but can also be trusted to make decisions reflective of our core values of professionalism, courtesy, and gratitude.
The candidate will be able to work autonomously and have excellent communication skills to keep supervisors abreast of wins, project timelines, and potential or active fires that need addressing.
We are currently weighing our options for outsourcing SEO and Google Ads management, but if our chosen candidate is confident in these areas, it will increase their value. We would like to keep these marketing arms in-house, so confidence in Google Ads or SEO would increase compensation.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring every client has a 5-star experience and positioning yourself as someone clients feel comfortable communicating with
- Manage social media initiatives with copy, images, video, and other content. Design and send out marketing content (ie. newsletters, postcards)
- Create compelling videos in a time efficient way.
- Research and carry out external marketing projects such as developing referral relationships with local medical offices, workout studios, and booking our providers speaking opportunities
- Update and maintain our website, maximize the volume of inbound traffic from search engines to a website.
- Create/Edit/ Blogs, Landing Pages
- Creation of Websites,social Media Platforms
- Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in internal/external marketing field
- Experience with social media and marketing tools and/or other creative design tools
- Bachelor''s degree in related field
- Knowledge of exercise science or nutrition a plus
- Strong client-facing and written communication skills
- Ability to think strategically, lead projects from beginning to end, and work with little oversight
- Advanced troubleshooting and single-tasking skills
- Interest in working in the medical/wellness field
- SEO experience a major plus
- Google Ad/Meta Ad experience a major plus
- Wordpress experience a plus, but not required
