Digital Officer (Focus: Fundraising)

Our client is looking for a Digital Officer to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the development and implementation of a living digital strategy.
• Executing targeted lead generation and conversion campaigns on social media, email and other online platforms to help the company reach the hearts and minds of millions and achieve fundraising goals.
• Working collaboratively with Communications department, external agencies and vendors to develop and deliver inspiring supporter experiences and campaigns.
• Developing engaging content for e-mails, newsletters, key landing pages and paid social media advertising.
• Measuring and report on performance against goals (ROI and KPIs) and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
• Tracking communication and campaign performance in order to draw insight and report on audience behaviour and trends.
• Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and trends and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Key Skills:

Qualifications:

• First years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Experience with social media and Google advertising
• Experience in implementing digital campaigns and managing digital platforms
• Experience with an advanced CRM system such as Salesforce or equivalent an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with copywriting skills an advantage
• Solid knowledge of MS Office 365
• Experience using Google Analytics for website tracking and improving user experience
