Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing agents to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new clients for our business. You will be the front line of our sales team, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.This role focuses on actively seeking out and securing new clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential clients through various channels (e.g., networking, referrals, online leads)
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new clients
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed weekly sales targets and quotas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market insights

Requirements:

- Matric or any other NQF Level 4 qualifications
- Proven sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment (optional)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
