Job Title: Dispatch Clerk Supervisor

Salary; R15 000-R19 000

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Clerk Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role involves standard dispatch clerk duties as well as overseeing vehicle maintenance and leading the distribution team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform standard dispatch duties, including double-checking orders, processing orders, and picking stock.
• Supervise the distribution team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Manage the maintenance and servicing schedule of all delivery vehicles.
• Ensure all dispatch records are maintained accurately and updated promptly.
• Implement and enforce health and safety standards within the distribution department.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse teams, and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Proven 3-5 years’ experience in a dispatch or logistics role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules is a plus.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
