About the Role:

A well-established logistics company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Controller to oversee daily dispatch operations. This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to ensuring efficient deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor all dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Allocate and schedule deliveries based on priority and route optimization.
• Communicate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Track vehicle movements and provide real-time updates on delivery progress.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, delays, and any incidents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, transport regulations, and safety standards.
• Address and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.
• Generate reports on dispatch performance and operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in dispatch coordination, logistics, or transport operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• Knowledge of fleet management and route planning is advantageous.
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
