Dispatch Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client is a meat wholesaler of top-quality products. They are looking for a Dispatch Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Job Title: Dispatch Manager
Location: Pretoria
Salary: R15,000 per month (Net)
Vacancy Type: Full-Time
 
 
Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• 2+ years proven experience in dispatch or logistics, in the meat/food industry.
• Knowledge and experience with inventory management and stock control systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.

• Diploma/Certificates in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the dispatch team to ensure high levels of performance.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure the accurate documentation of shipments.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer demands and optimize dispatch processes.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety standards in the dispatch area.
