Introduction
The client is a prominent company based in Durban, South Africa. They specialize in the packing and distribution of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) throughout Africa.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities

• Receiving Shipments: Verify and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition. Unload trucks and ensure items are stored correctly.
• Dispatching Orders: Prepare and dispatch orders accurately and on time. Coordinate with delivery personnel and ensure proper documentation.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels. Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Documentation: Ensure all shipping and receiving documents are completed accurately and filed appropriately.
• Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report any issues. Ensure that all products meet quality standards before dispatch.
• Communication: Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to resolve any issues related to shipments.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Operate forklifts and other equipment safely.

• Must have Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF level 4 equivalent qualification.
• Must have clear criminal record.
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in dispatching and receiving of stock
• Admin experience required
• Excel required
