Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Diploma/Degree in Production Management, Logistics, or Inventory Management (advantageous)
• Valid Forklift License
• 3-5 years of management and supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong communication skills at all levels within an organization
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to network with customers effectively
• Good decision-making and troubleshooting skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Computer literacy

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and supervise the activities of dispatch staff
• Assign daily/shift tasks and evaluate subordinate performance
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of all dispatch activities
• Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Oversee inventory records and track inbound and outbound supplies
• Inspect and maintain dispatch/warehouse equipment and machinery
• Ensure all quality standards are met
• Maintain good housekeeping across the factory
