Dispatch and Debrief Controller

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Manufacturing industry is currently looking to employ a Dispatch and Debrief Controller to their team in East London.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment with material handling experience.
• Familiar with the stores and warehouse operation.
• Licence to drive a forklift truck (warehouse dependent).
• Awareness of dangerous goods handling.
• Experience debriefing and dispatching.

• Review and check picked stock for accuracy ensuring all products are correct, scanned and in good condition before loading for dispatch.
• Receive Stock From CDC, Factory and Interbranch transfers – ensure stock received of correct quantity and quality.
• Issue out Scrap.
• Execute daily activities that allow the business to receive, inspect, pack, store, pick and dispatch a quality product to the end customer within a controlled environment.

• Support any activity or function that is required to ensure customer satisfaction – both internal and external stakeholders.

• Support and adhere to all policies and processes that ensures a safe environment to deliver products and services that conform to all legal, safety, environmental and quality aspects.
