My client a leading Retail Group wants to reward suitably qualified and experienced HR Officer with an exciting career opportunity. The position is based in Bloemfontein
Requirements:
Human Resources experience of at least 3 to 5 years as a generalist.
Sound experience in Industrial Relations and Recruitment & Selection ESSENTIAL
Retail experience will be an advantage
Qualification of at least a National Diploma in the HR field
Good planning, interpersonal and analytical skills
Effective writing skills in English
Must be fluent in at least one African language
Must have represented an employer at the CCMA at Arbitration level.
Must have liaised/negotiated with Trade Unions
Must have a code 08 driving license and be willing to travel extensively
Must have a valid passport
SA Citizens only
Must be Criminal Clear
Must reside in Bloemfontein or in the Free State (or be willing to relocate possibly at your cost).
Duties:
Support the Divisional HR Manager
Represent the Company at the CCMA
Trade Union negotiations
Responsible for recruitment of branch staff
Compilation of HR Management Information
Interface with the payroll to collect monthly report information
Consulting with Management, line and staff regarding HR issues
Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to assessments
