• Manage and control all project documents
• Ensure compliance with company document management procedures
• Organise and maintain project files
• Implement document control processes and systems
• Track and report on document status

Required Qualifications:

• Matric qualification
• Relevant Diploma

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a document controller

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency in Document Control Software: Acconex, SharePoint, Projects Online 
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role
• May require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines
