Job Title: Document Controller

Location:

Mpumalanga, Nkangala District, Witbank

Job Type:

5 month Contract, Full-Time hours

Job Duties:

• Manage and control the flow of documents in a mining environment
• Organise and maintain documents in physical and electronic filing systems
• Ensure compliance with document control procedures and standards
• Coordinate with various departments to collect and distribute documents
• Track document revisions and updates
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations

Required Qualifications:

• Matric qualification
• Certificate in document control
• Diploma in a related field
• Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or Information Management (Advantageous) 

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control within the mining industry
• Proficiency in using document control software such as Aconex

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of document control processes and procedures
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document management
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Working Conditions:

The Document Controller will be based in Mpumalanga, Nkangala District, Witbank, working within a mining environment. The role may require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
