SUMMARY:
A position has become available for an experienced Documentation Clerk in the Northern Suburbs.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

1. Experience with fruit export documentation - SD500, packing slips, COO, Bill of Lading, Phyto, EUR1, etc.
   
2. Able to work overtime in peak-season (will help if you have own transport)
3. Citrus / fruit export environment
4. High work ethic
5. NO job hoppers
6. Relevant qualifications

• Dealing with customer queries
• Handle all export documentation
• Check shipments - corresponding with relevant documents
• Update clients on shipment
• Prepare export documents / check export codes
• Complete VOC and packing slips
• SADAC duties, surcharges
• Commercial invoicing
• Follow up with client or origin office for: all relevant documents
