SUMMARY:
A well-known and well-established Engineering Consulting Company who provides interdisciplinary designs and sustainable solutions to the building services industry, requires the full-time services of an experienced BIM Engineering Technician with Revit skills in the Building Services sector, for a position based in Cape Town
To join their dynamic team ASAP.
5+ years of BIM experience in building services needed for this exciting career opportunity.

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities
Produce concept, tender and technical mechanical engineering drawing for commercial buildings, hospitals, data centers etc.
Interfacing with multi-disciplinary engineering team and other project stakeholders
BIM and Draughting support services to construction team and clients
Work office hours in collaborative team - opportunity to share knowledge with, and learn from, team members

Desired Experience and Qualifications
Matric and Engineering diploma or higher
Revit MEP or BIM Certification required
5+ years of experience using BIM
Building Service (Wet, HVAC & Fire) knowledge essential
Sound draughting experience using AutoCAD / Revit in multi-disciplinary engineering environments
Strong coordination skills
Passionate about engineering design and solution finding 
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, team player

Package & Remuneration
Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
